Virtual tours became the new standard addition to real estate photography during the pandemic and are still very popular. Both 3D images or virtual walk thru video are great options to show the complete view of the home and property in a cost-effective way. Using a high quality 360° virtual camera, we will put together either a virtual photo tour or video tour, showing a wider view of the home. The final product can be either a 1-minute shortened video, so you can easily share on social media platforms. Or a slightly longer 2-3 minute video of your listing. The virtual tour enables home buyers to fully experience your listing online by exploring a 360° view of each room in the house as well as views of the exterior spaces. Your virtual tour link can be embedded into websites, including in the MLS, so that it is visible everywhere your listing is present!
